As a teenager in high school there was no place I would rather be than on a football field or just getting prepared for a game! The game of football no only teaches teamwork, but also qualities like discipline, accountability, and hard work! These are life lessons that can be applied as you get older. The Journey Begins
Thanks for joining me!
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton

Welcome!
This is my very first blog post and I’m so excited to start this journey! First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Pete and I’m a father of three boys and married to a woman who loves football, just not as much as I do! I played high school football at Hazard High School and have a love for mountain sports, but currently live in Central Kentucky. My oldest son will be starting his sophomore year at the new Great Crossing High School next year. I hope to provide some sports coverage and maybe even some insight into the happenings of KY high school football all over the state. Stop by and catch up or leave me some comments and we can chat!
